Browhaus needs no introduction in my blog because I’ve reviewed and raved about their services so many times already. But one thing I’ve never mentioned is how good their lash extensions are. Most people might think that they only specialize in eyebrow grooming but they’re actually good with facial hair removal and lash extensions too.
I let my eyes do the talking all the time by applying bright eyeshadows, glitters and wearing colored contact lenses but with Browhaus’ Express Lash In Bloom eyelash extensions, I only need a thin application of eyeliner and my eyes are already “blooming”.
The application process will take about 45 minutes to an hour. Best to fall asleep and don’t attempt to text or even play games with your phone because the therapist might poke you or a strand of lash might fall into your eye and that’s going to hurt for sure. The lightweight false lashes will be attached onto your real lashes so be sure not to rub your eyes or pull them out to avoid having your real lashes fall off.
Here’s my eye before application of lashes and liquid liner. (For the nth time, I have a faded tattooed eyeliner, in case you didn’t know.)
After LASH IN BLOOM (P3,800) Individual lashes are attached onto your real lashes. This is more natural and lightweight compared to the express lash in bloom. It doesn’t show in photos so I didn’t post different angles because it really looks like real, natural eyelashes with mascara on. I recommend this for those who plan to go to the beach or those who want to get away with it or deny having eyelash extensions done. Lol.
After EXPRESS LASH IN BLOOM (P2,750) The difference between the two is pretty obvious; this one is way thicker because the lashes comes in 3′s. Imagine a chicken feet’s print or a twig. These false lashes are then attached directly on your lash line (where your lashes grow out) and is more compact compared to the ordinary lash in bloom extensions.
Between the two, I would definitely avail of the EXPRESS Lash In Bloom eyelash extensions because I really love thick falsies and it gives me the “Barbie Doll look”. These lashes will stay in full bloom from 2-4 weeks depending on how you take care of them. You can always go back after 3 weeks to have a tune up or re-application done at a cheaper price.
Mine stayed for about 2 weeks only because I apply makeup every other day and I also use makeup remover when I get home. Oil and makeup will really ruin eyelash extensions so it’s a big no-no if you want them to last for up to 4 weeks. You’re also not allowed to wet them immediately after having the service done and mascara is *forbidden* too.
*Photo quality and lighting is different from the before and after because they were taken on separate visits.
